  • ARE YOU A SNOWBIRD?  JAMES MANAGEMENT WILL MANAGE YOUR PERSONAL RESIDENCE WHILE YOU ARE IN FLORIDA FOR THE WINTER.....OR WHEREVER IT IS YOU TRAVEL.  SERVICE BEGINS AT $50 PER MONTH, IN OTHER WORDS ONLY $300.00 IF YOU ARE AWAY FOR 6 MONTHS ETC. 

 

  • SERVICES WILL INCLUDE ROUTINE INSPECTIONS INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR, COORDINATE REPAIRS, PACKAGE PICK-UP, ETC.

 James Management will develop a customized plan for each individual client, because all client needs are not the same.
